The board of directors of Stenprop announces that the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.000001258 Euros each to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange.

The Board has determined that this authority may be utilised to facilitate the issuance of shares on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange under the Company's deferred share bonus plan and the Company's long term incentive plan.

The block listing is expected to become effective at 8 a.m. (BST) on 27 July 2018. Any issue of new ordinary shares will be notified by the Company through an announcement and the Company's website.
