Calendario finanziario 2026

Sabaf S.p.A. rende note le date previste per le prossime riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione:

• 24 marzo 2026, approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e del bilancio consolidato 2025
• 14 maggio 2026, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del primo trimestre 2026
• 8 settembre 2026, approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale 2026
• 10 novembre 2026, approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione del terzo trimestre 2026

È previsto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti chiamata ad approvare il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2025 si riunisca in unica convocazione il giorno 29 aprile 2026.

I giorni 24 marzo, 14 maggio, 8 settembre e 10 novembre 2026 alle ore 16,00 il management della Società organizzerà delle conference call per illustrare i risultati di periodo agli analisti finanziari.

Fondata nei primi anni '50, SABAF è cresciuta costantemente fino a divenire oggi uno tra i primi produttori mondiali di componenti per elettrodomestici. Financial Calendar 2026

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2026:

• March 24th, approval of 2025 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 14th, approval of 2026 first quarter interim report
• September 8th, approval of 2026 half year report
• November 10th, approval of 2026 third quarter interim report

The annual general meeting will be called on 29th April 2026 to approve the financial statements as of 31st December 2025.

On March 24th, May 14th, September 8th and November 10th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
