FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

"ORILINA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A." announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026 in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision 25 of the Governing Committee of Stock Market Transactions of the ASE, as follows:

31/03/2026: Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2025.

31/03/2026: Press Release on Financial Results 2025

12/05/2026: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

15/05/2026: Ex-dividend date.

18/05/2026: Dividend beneficiary determination date (Record Date). *

22/05/2026: Dividend payment commencement date. *

29/09/2026: Publication of the Half-Year Financial Report for the Period Ending 30

June 2026.

* The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend distribution are subject to the approval

of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders.

The Company clarifies that the publication of its Financial Reports will take place on the Company's website (www.orilina.com) and the Athens Stock Exchange Group website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that investors are duly informed through a new announcement.
