Director/PDMR Shareholding

Stobart Group Limited announces that Richard Laycock, Executive Director, has exercised the entirety of the nil-cost 2014 LTIP Award which vested on 22 June 2018.   Upon such exercise, Mr Laycock acquired, in aggregate, 204,120 ordinary shares. He has subsequently sold, in aggregate, 108,184 of such ordinary shares in order to satisfy tax liabilities arising upon exercise of the award. 

Full details of the exercise and the subsequent sales are set out below.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
