Director Declaration - Mark Brooker accepts Non-executive Directorship

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Mark Brooker, Non-executive Director has accepted a position as a Non-executive Director of AA plc, the UK's leading provider of roadside assistance through personal membership and business partnerships and a member of the FTSE 250 index.

Mark's appointment will commence with effect from 10 July 2018, and Mark will also be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committees from that date.
