Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

TechFinancials Inc. (AIM: TECH), a leading technology provider to financial trading brokers, announces today that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, and Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to Shareholders by Friday, 29 June 2018. Additionally, the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's corporate website at https://group.techfinancials.com.
