CORRECTION: TRANSFER OF SHARES FROM TREASURY TO THE EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The following amendment has been made to the Transfer of shares from Treasury to the Employee Benefit Trust and Total Voting Rights announcement released on 20 June 2018 at 7.00am under RNS No 9218R.

The Company's issued ordinary capital consists of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of £0.10 each.

All other details remain unchanged.

('Stobart Group' or 'the Company')

Transfer of shares from Treasury to the Employee Benefit Trust and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, on 19 June 2018, it transferred 1,715,000 ordinary shares from Treasury to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for nil consideration which will be used to meet obligations under employee share plans.

The Company's issued ordinary capital consists of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of £0.10 each. Following the above transfer, the Company holds 5,320,425 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 349,008,406 which is the number which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under Listing Rule 12.6.4
