Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR) the Atlantic margins focused oil and gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months to 31 December 2017 is today being posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on 24 July 2018 at 10.00 am. A notice of this meeting is also being posted to shareholders and copies of this and the Annual Report are available on the Company's website (www.chariotoilandgas.com).
