Wilson Sons Limited: PSV Contract Negotiations

Our principal operating subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited made the following announcement to the Brazilian and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges.

Wilson Sons Limited (B3: WSON33) ("Wilson Sons" or "Company") announces that its 50% joint venture Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore ("WSUT") has signed a new contract with Fendercare for PSV Fragata. The vessel will provide logistics support for ship-to-ship crude oil transfers in Brazilian territorial waters for one year commencing in 3Q18, with client option to extend the contract for an equal period. The PSV will require modifications to be performed at Wilson Sons' shipyard in Guarujá (SP).
