Date of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Stobart Group Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will no longer take place on Thursday 28 June 2018 as previously advised but at a date slightly later which will be announced in due course.  The AGM documentation will be despatched as soon as the new date has been set.

Payment of the dividend of 4.5 pence per share due on 6 July 2018 will not be affected by this change and will continue as previously announced.
