Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

Energean Oil & Gas plc (LSE: ENOG) announces that certain employees have been granted awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under its 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").  These LTIP Awards are granted in respect of the Admission Awards made in connection with the Company's initial public offering, as disclosed in the Company's prospectus.
