Renewi plc confirms that Non-Executive Director, Jacques Petry will retire from the Board at the end of calendar year 2019, following 9 years of service.

With effect from 1 September 2019, Jacques' position of Senior Independent Director will pass to Allard Castelein, Non-Executive Director since January 2017.

Also, with effect from 1 September, Non-Executive Director, Neil Hartley, will succeed Allard Castelein as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
