Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

DWF, the global legal business providing complex, managed and connected services, announces that it has appointed Zeus Capital Limited as its joint corporate broker, alongside Jefferies International Limited and Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited with immediate effect.

As disclosed in the prospectus dated 11 March 2019, Sir Nigel Knowles, Chairman of DWF Group Plc, has acted as Chairman of Zeus Capital since September 2014. He declared an interest under section 177 of the Companies Act and abstained from participating in the decision taken to confirm the appointment at the meeting of the board held on 30 July 2019.
