Further to the announcement made on 10th January 2018 in relation to Humphrey Singer, Dixons Carphone plc is pleased to announce that Clare Pettitt will take up the role of Interim Group Chief Financial Officer, effective today. Clare was previously Group Financial Controller, having joined the business in November 2013. Humphrey will remain in the business and as a Board director until his departure at the end of June.    

As previously communicated on 27th March 2018, Jonny Mason will be joining the business as Group Chief Financial Officer, with effect from a date to be confirmed.
