Update of the EMTN programme

Imerys has finalized the update of its 2.5 billion euros EMTN (« Euro Medium Term Notes ») programme.

The base prospectus has been filed with and approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Luxembourg) on 10 June 2016; it is available on the website of the Company www.imerys.com in section "News & media center/ongoing regulated information/bond issue", at its head office, from the paying agent identified in the base prospectus, as well as on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange www.bourse.lu.
