On 08 August 2019 Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc issued 780,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of 176.20 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 49,236,361 Ordinary shares and there are 85,273 shares held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc is 49,151,088.
