("PPHE Hotel Group" or the "Company")
Result of Annual General Meeting
PPHE Hotel Group confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 12 noon today, Tuesday 15 May 2018, all of the resolutions were passed.
The final dividend of 13.0 pence per share will be paid on 18 May 2018 to all shareholders who were on the register on 13 April 2018.
The full text of each resolution was included in the Company's Notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders on 28 February 2018 and made available on the Company's website www.pphe.com.
In accordance with the Listing Rules a copy of each of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting has been forwarded to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the following location: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
