Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group") announces that Michael Comras, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the Board and will leave the Group with immediate effect following a period of ill health.

In the near term the Group has sufficient resources within its finance function and therefore will not make a direct replacement.

Nick Stagg, Chairman and Chief Executive, commented:
