Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of digital TV video solutions to network operators, announces that after 10 years on the Board and in line with best practise, Peter Murphy has tendered his resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company and this has been accepted by the Board.
