The Company announces that on 5 August 2019 it purchased for cancellation 143,000 of its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2018.

The Shares purchased today will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares.
