Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Just Group plc hereby announces that its total issued share capital at 31 July 2019 consists of 1,035,081,664 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Just Group plc is 1,035,081,664. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
