Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

MetalNRG (LSE:MNRG), today announces that its annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday 27 August 2019 at 1 Ely Place, London EC1N 6RY.

In connection with the AGM, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

-     Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2019 (the "Annual Report")

-     Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

-     Proxy Form.

Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.metalnrg.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
