Appointment of Joint Corporate Brokers and Joint Financial Adviser

Thermal energy management and niche pumping specialist, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, announces that it has appointed J.P. Morgan Securities plc (J.P. Morgan Cazenove) and Morgan Stanley & Co International plc as joint Corporate Brokers with immediate effect. 

In addition, it has appointed J.P. Morgan Cazenove as joint Financial Adviser alongside Rothschild & Co who remain joint Financial Adviser.
