Venture Life (AIM: VLG), the international consumer self-care group focused on developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the self-care market, announces that it was notified on 26 March 2018 that Sharon Collins, Commercial Director of the Company, purchased 82,916 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company at 47.6288p per share.  Following the transaction Sharon Collins has a beneficial interest in 1,665,333 ordinary shares representing 4.52 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
