Provident Financial plc announces senior management update

Simon Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board of his intention to step down from the Board following the 2019 preliminary results announcement in March 2020 for personal health reasons, as previously announced in RNS 7579U on 2nd April 2019. Whilst we are saddened by Simon's decision to depart, we respect it, and would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the Group.  We look forward to continuing to work together over the next eight months during which time the Board will also be undertaking a process to identify a successor.
