Director Declaration - Roger Devlin accepts position as Chairman of Persimmon plc

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Roger Devlin, Chairman Designate, has accepted the position of Non-executive Chairman of Persimmon plc, the FTSE 100 leading UK housebuilder ("Persimmon").

Roger's appointment as Chairman of Persimmon will commence with effect from 1 June 2018.

It is anticipated that Roger will step down as both Chairman of Marston's PLC and as a Non-executive Director of the Football Association with effect from 31 May 2018.
