The Company announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

On 23 July 2019, David Lockhart, Executive Deputy Chairman, transferred 10,000 shares held in his name to his ISA. David's shareholding is unchanged as a result of the transaction at 1,855,000 ordinary shares.
