Directorate Change

Games Workshop is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen (Kate) Elizabeth Marsh (age 57) to the Board as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.  She will also be appointed to all Board committees. Kate is a senior media executive and is currently a non-executive director of Independent News & Media PLC and Elstree Film Studios Limited. She has built and managed significant businesses across Europe, most recently as Executive Vice President for Western Europe International Networks at Sony Pictures Television. She previously held senior management roles at Sky, GroupM and the BBC.  

In addition, Chris Myatt will retire from the Board at the AGM on 18 September 2019 at which point Elaine O'Donnell will be become chairman of the audit and risk committee and senior independent director. John Brewis will also then become chairman of the remuneration committee and Nick Donaldson will be chairman the new nomination committee.

There are no further disclosures required under LR.9.6.13.
