Admission Date

Further to the announcements dated 30 January and 2 February Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, confirms that the 12,586,878 of the New Ordinary Shares subject of the Subscription will be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 February 2018. The final balance of the Subscription Shares, being 21,369,253 New Ordinary Shares, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 March 2018. 

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the shares on the 28 February, the Company will have 314,837,740 Ordinary Shares in issue and following the share issue on the 29 March, the Company will have 336,206,993 Ordinary Shares in issue.  99,378 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  These figures above may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
