Board Appointment

FastForward is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Edward ("Ed") McDermott to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

With over 10 years' experience in the management, financing and development of small companies he has broad experience in a number of sectors including natural resources, technology, financial services, retail and leisure.

Ed is currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM listed Fishing Republic Plc and a Non-Executive Director of Emmerson Plc listed on the Official List (Standard Listing). He is part of the corporate finance team at Optiva Securities Limited, the Company's Broker. He has previously served as a Director of AIM listed Stellar Resources Plc and Noricum Gold Ltd.

As at the date of this announcement, Ed McDermott has 2,000,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company on the following terms: 1,000,000 options with a price of 19p vesting as follows 333,333 immediately, 333,333 after a year and 333,334 after 2 years and a further set of 1,000,000 options at 25p on the same terms.

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Ed's appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
