Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, notifies that, on 7 February 2018, Andrew Tinkler, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 238.8 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Tinkler holds a beneficial interest in 27,326,811 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.71 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
