Issue of Options

Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that today the Company issued a total of 250,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Elecosoft 2015 Share Option Plan, as adopted by the shareholders at the AGM on 26 May 2016, to employees and a director of the Company (the "Options"). The Options shall vest if, and only if, EPS as per the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is at least 2.97 pence. If the performance target is not met, the Options shall lapse.

The Options are exercisable at 45.0 pence and will expire on 8 August 2027. Details of the director award is included in the disclosure notice at the end of this announcement.
