Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, notifies that, on 7 February 2018, the Company acquired 207,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 237.5 pence per share. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were 240.5 pence and 229.6 pence respectively. The Ordinary Shares acquired will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital comprises 354,328,831 Ordinary Shares, of which 3,512,425 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Stobart is 350,816,406, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
