On 01 February 2018 Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc issued 80,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from its blocklisting facility at a price of 175.80 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 45,736,361 Ordinary shares and there are no shares held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc is 45,736,361.
