Passing of Non-Executive Director, Michael Deakin

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Just Group plc (the "Company") is sad to announce that Michael Deakin has passed away. The Board wishes to extend its deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Mr Deakin was appointed to the board of directors of Just Retirement Group plc in 2014 and to the Board in 2016 and has made an invaluable contribution in his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Company's Investment Committee.
