Announcement of Interim Dividend

The directors of Livermore are pleased to announce that at the board meeting held on Monday, 15 January 2018, it was agreed that the Group would pay an interim dividend of US$0.04576 per share to members on the register on 26 January 2018. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 January 2018. The Pay Date is expected to be 23 February 2018.

The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.

The Company expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2017 in the month of May 2018.
