Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (the 'shares') to be admitted to the Official List. 

It is expected that admission will be granted on 17 July 2019 with dealings commencing on 18 July 2019.

These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
