Mountfield, the AIM listed construction company specialising in the supply and installation of raised access flooring systems and the fit out and refurbishments of buildings, announces that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has been appointed as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company also announces that Peter Jay, Chairman, has moved from the position of Executive to that of Non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
