Grant of share options

Touchstone Exploration Inc. (LSE: TXP), an oil and gas exploration and production company active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, announces the granting of share options to Non-executive Directors in line with the Company's stock option plan as detailed on page 32 of the AIM Admission Document dated 25th May 2017.  447,500 common shares have been set aside and reserved for issuance once excercised.  The options can be excised at a price of $0.15 based on the five-day weighted average trading price on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), ending at the close of the trading day on June 27, 2017. Details  with respect to the share option grant are as follows:
