On 27 June 2017 Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc issued 170,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of 173.75 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 41,481,361 Ordinary shares and there are 755,000 shares held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc is 40,726,361.
