The Company announces that on 9 June 2017, it purchased 137,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital at a price of 145 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 99,957,864 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
