Director and PCA Shareholding

Stobart Group Ltd, the infrastructure and support services group, has today been notified that on 30 May 2017 Warwick Brady, Deputy CEO of the Group acquired 16,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a weighted average price of 270 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, also on 30 May 2017 Paula Brady, a Person Closely Associated with ("PCA" of) Warwick Brady acquired 6,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 272 pence per Ordinary Share, and on 31 May acquired 3,600 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 276 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these acquisitions, Warwick and Paula Brady's holdings are as follows:
