Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, announces that the Company acquired 2,902,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Shares") on 26 May 2017 at a price of 272.25 pence per Share. The Shares acquired will be held by the Company as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 354,328,831 shares, of which a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Shares with voting rights in Stobart is 351,328,831 Shares.

The above figure of 351,328,831 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
