Acquisition of Faurecia's Exterior Systems business

As announced, Plastic Omnium has completed today the acquisition of the Faurecia's Exterior Systems business for an enterprise value of 665 million euros.

Strengthened by this strategic acquisition, Plastic Omnium will generate proforma economic sales around €7.5 billion in 2016.

It now employs over 32,000 people and run 136 plants and 22 R&D centers worldwide.
