Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, announces that the Company today acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 244.59 pence per Share. The highest price paid per Share was 246 pence and the lowest price paid per Share was 243 pence. The Shares acquired will be held by the Company as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 354,328,831 shares, of which a total of 40,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights in Stobart is 354,288,831 Shares.

The above figure of 354,288,831 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
