The Board of Elecosoft plc is pleased to announce that Serena Lang, has agreed to become Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Elecosoft plc.

Serena Lang was formerly CEO of North West Europe and Africa in the Operations Management Division of Invensys plc, a leading global technology company involved in the development of market leading software and related systems for industrial and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Invensys, Serena had been a Group Leader at BP first as VP of Transformation for refining and marketing and then as a member of the Management Team at Castrol. She holds an MBA from Kingston University.

John Ketteley, Executive Chairman of Elecosoft, commented: "I am delighted that Serena has agreed to become Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Elecosoft plc.
