Falanx Group (AIM:FLX), the global intelligence, security and cyber defence provider, announces that on 3 May 2017, Mike Read, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 727,273 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company in the Placing announced on 4 May 2017. Mr Read's resultant interest following this transaction, which was completed at a Placing Price of 6.875 pence per share, is now 1,977,273 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.27 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
