Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc

Following the Company's announcement of Final Results issued on 22 March 2017, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the 'Company') has today posted its Annual Accounts for the year to 31st December 2016, Annual General Meeting Circular and accompanying Proxy Form to shareholders. 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R(3) the Annual Accounts will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.idhcorp.com).  Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, each above mentioned document will shortly be loaded onto the National Storage Mechanism, which can be viewed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company will be holding its second Annual General Meeting on 22nd May 2017 at 9.30 am at Hilton London Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY.
