(AIM: TECH), a leading technology provider to financial trading brokers, announces that Jeremy Lange, the Group's Chief Operating Officer will be stepping down from the TechFinancials board with effect from 17 July 2017, in order to pursue other professional activities. Mr Lange will assist the Company in the orderly transfer of his responsibilities and he has offered his very best wishes for the continuing success of the TechFinancials Group.

The Board would like to thank Jeremy Lange for his significant contribution to the Group during his service and wishes him well in his new endeavors.
