Notice of Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2017 and publication of 2016 Annual Report & Accounts

The Board of Elecosoft announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2016 will be held at Brewers Hall, Alderman Square, London EC2V 7HR on 4 May 2017 at 12:00 noon.  The form of proxy and scrip dividend circular have been posted to all Shareholders. 

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting have also been sent to those Shareholders who requested to receive them and the Report and Accounts are also available for download from the Elecosoft website at www.ir.elecosoft.com.
